Clarinettist and founding member of Trio Senza Fretta
Nattapon Banjatammanon joined the music faculty at Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand in the fall of 2018. Dr. Banjatammanon is a founding member of the Trio Senza Fretta and has appeared as a soloist with the Bangkok Metropolitan Orchestra, Kasetsart Wind Symphony, and Million Wind Philharmonic.
Dr. Banjatammanon received a Bachelor of Music in Clarinet Performance from Kasetsart University, a Master of Music in Clarinet Performance from the University of Arkansas, and a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance. His primary teachers include Suwat Thiemhong, Dr. Nophachai Cholthitchanta, and Dr. Jane Carl.
Formerly, Dr. Banjatammanon was the associate principal clarinetist of the Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra and Opera Fayetteville. Dr. Banjatammanon also has appeared at many major clarinet conventions including the International Clarinet Association ClarinetFest, Thailand International Clarinet Academy, Arkansas Clarinet Day, and Clarinet Symposium in Oklahoma, where he participated in master classes with Greg Raden, Andrew Simon, Chad Burrow, and Richard Hawkins.
