Principal clarinet with the National Symphony Orchestra of Thailand

Teerapong began his clarinet studies at Wat Suthiwararam School under the instruction of Mr. Surapol Tanyawibool. He continued his musical education at Kasetsart University, where he studied clarinet with Mr. Suwat Tiamhong.
During his time at Kasetsart University, he was an active member of the Kasetsart Wind Symphony and the Kasetsart Symphony Orchestra, serving as principal clarinet and concertmaster. Following his graduation, he was invited to perform as a soloist with the Wat Suthiwararam School Concert and Marching Band.
In 2002 and 2003, Teerapong participated in Southeast Asian Youth Orchestra and Wind Ensemble (SAYOWE), and in 2005, he attended Canton International Summer Music Academy (CISMA), where he studied under Mr. Michael Rusinek, principal clarinet of Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
In 2006, he was awarded a scholarship from the International Summer Academy to study in Austria with Professor Jiří Hlaváč. He later earned a Master of Music degree from Silpakorn University in 2018, studying with Dr. Yos Vaneesorn, principal clarinet of Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra.
Teerapong has performed with numerous prestigious ensembles and orchestras in Thailand, including the CU Clarinet Ensemble, The Ploen Clarinet Quartet, Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, Siam Philharmonic Orchestra, Feroci Philharmonic Winds, Nontri Orchestra Wind, Zalymanian Wind Orchestra, and Thai Symphony Orchestra.
Since 2008, he has been a member of the Sawasdee Woodwind Quintet, performing both domestically and internationally in locations such as Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Macao, and Russia.
In 2014, he was invited to perform as a soloist with the Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat Symphony Orchestra. In 2015 and 2021, he was invited to perform as a soloist with National Symphony Orchestra of Thailand. In 2022, he performed with the Sawasdee Woodwind Quintet at the International Double Reed Society Conference in Boulder, Colorado, United States.
Currently, Teerapong is a principal clarinet with National Symphony Orchestra of Thailand, where he also performs as a soloist. In addition to his performance career, he serves as a guest instructor in the Department of Communication Arts, Faculty of Humanities at Kasetsart University, as well as at the Bunditpatanasilpa Institute of Fine Arts and Horwang School.
